What is The Cozy Hangout you ask?

Well my friend, this intimate event was created for you, for me, for us to get together and chat, eat some food, let go of the mental load and responsibilities for a few hours and connect with other amazing humans.

I invite you to join us if you are pregnant, postpartum, grieving a loss, powering through motherhood or everything in between. Whatever your journey, this hangout is meant to honour you and allow you to show up as yourself during a time where that may feel impossible!

So what goes down during The Cozy Hangout?

- some delicious bites from Chef Nate

- an exchange of stories, laughter, tears, and connection

- a talk led by Martine - Topic : Honouring the seasons of life

- an amazing swag bag from local female entrepreneures

I always wanted to attend an event where I could feel my most comfortable... and so I'll be wearing my most comfy set of loungewear... and I invite you to do the same if you're willing (you get to choose your comfy!)

** And YES, you can bring your baby if you feel more comfortable doing so. The space has a room specifically for babies with a white noise machine so that you get to enjoy yourself while they get to rest!

DONATIONS: If you are looking to donate some clothing, winterwear, baby items, diapers, personal hygiene, etc, I will be collecting these items and distributing them to: MAGMA, the Pregnancy Resource Centre and the Beauséjour Family Crisis Centre as they are always in need of these items for their families.

COVID GUIDELINES

I follow provincial guidelines and require participants to show proof of vaccination with a governement issued ID.

Masks are mandatory with exception to eating and drinking.

Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
